Figured Cherry/Quarter Sawn Cutting and Serving Board (Both sides shown) 19 x 10 1/2 x 5/8 inches - This board made from figured cherry (VA) and quarter sawn Sycamore (TN) is one of the prettiest pieces I've ever made. It can be used for serving, cutting and display. I'd suggest cutting on one side and using the other for serving and displaying. |

Cherry Serving Board with Padded Feet 12 5/8 x 8 x 1 3/8 inches - This board is from a discarded West Virginia stump which was rescued and cut into slabs. This is a nicely figured small cutting board. It also will make a nice cheese or serving board. |

Cherry/Ash Cutting Board (Both sides Shown) 17 1/2 x 11 1/2 x 7/8 inches - This is a true multi-purpose board. Both West Virginia woods are hard and perfect for heavy cutting. Both sides are nicely figured so you could use one side for cutting and the other as a serving board or to hang on your wall. This would make a special gift. |

Tennessee Eastern Red Cedar (Both Sides Shown) 19 x 7 3/4 x 7/8 inches - Even when this board was rough cut (unplaned), I knew it was special. It turned out even better than expected. You might want to hang it up and just look at it. However, it still can serve as a cutting board on one side and remain a show piece. |

Virginia Apple Serving Board with Padded Feet 17 1/4 x 7+ x 1 3/4 inches - This beautiful piece was taken from an old tree cut down in my yard. I set it aside for five years and cut it up into slabs. What a pleasant surprise! The result was four beautiful boards. The wood is very hard and suitable to cut on, but I think it is too pretty to mar. It would also be perfect as a serving board, a table island, or even a cheese board. A bonus is the two natural edges which add to its beauty. |

North Carolina Butternut (Both sides shown) 17 3/8 x 6 to 7 1/2 x 13/16 inches - This attractive board can be a multi-purpose board good for most uses. Butternut is a hardwood, but the wood is softer than most so it would be best used for LIGHT cutting. You can use one side for cutting and the other side for serving, cheese board, etc. |

Georgia Hickory (Both sides shown) 14 x 5 5/8 to 7 x 3/4 inches - This small free form board is an excellent choice for a multi-purpose board. Hickory is one of the hardest native woods. This individual piece has a really nice figure and color. |

Georgia Hickory with padded feet 16 1/2 x 6 1/2 to 7 1/2 x 3/4 inch - A light duty cutting/cheese board and probably best of all used as a serving board. This is a good example of how an old board can develop beautiful color and figure. One thing for sure - this is absolutely a "one of a kind" piece.
